Light Therapy in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Wear & Power On Use a gentle cleanser to remove oils and impurities, preparing the skin for light therapy.
Step 2: Set Time Press the timer button to adjust treatment duration (default is T1 mode = 10 minutes).
Step 3: Choose Mode Press “+” to increase intensity or “-” to decrease. There are 3 modes to choose from based on your skin needs.
Step 4: Relax & Finish Enjoy the treatment until the device shuts off automatically, then continue with your usual skincare routine.
